1. General Refund Policy
DocuBeaver operates on a subscription-based model that provides monthly credits for API usage. These credits can be carried over to the next month if unused. However, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
- Unused Credits: Refunds are only available for unused credits within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
- Used Credits: Credits that have been used for API requests are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 7 days of the subscription purchase date.
- The credits must remain unused at the time of the refund request.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can request a refund by:
- Contacting our support team at support@docubeaver.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request.
- Providing the transaction ID or invoice number associated with your purchase.
We will process your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Credits that have been used for API requests.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of the subscription purchase.
- Subscription renewals or purchases made outside the 7-day refund window.
5. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
DocuBeaver reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through our website.
